Communication is the backbone of any organization. Without communication there can be no team work and without team work there can be no organization. Internal Communication aims at engaging the employees to the day to day activities of the company. It can be from the CEO to the employees or the employees speaking out their concerns and feedbacks. Healthy Communication is always a two way process.

External Communication is ideally for the stakeholders other than the employees and the customers and the public in general. The communication is more informative than from a sale point of view. It concentrates on the company or the brand. It is a communication to create awareness, to lay the foundation for the brand to build its marketing and sales communications.
