Customer Relationship Enhancement Program ( CREP ) is aimed to increase customer relationship and hence increase the customer base through reference and word of mouth publicity. The principle behind CREP is that 20% of the customers generate 80% of the business and hence it is necessary to take measures to ensure their loyalty and to make them feel special so that they continue their patronage towards the company.

Customer relationship Enhancement is used to increase repeat customers, encourage them to offer good ratings, reviews, or testimonials. Some customers do a particular company a great service by offering favorable word of mouth publicity regarding a product, telling friends and family, thus adding them to the number of customers.

However, customer relation includes much more. It is a process, a program, or a group of programs geared toward keeping a client happy so he or she will provide more business.
